About Florida Airbnb Management

Published by Eric Nicholas

Eric Nicholas is the publisher of Florida Airbnb Management, a statewide directory of property management companies that look after vacation rentals and rental homes. The directory lets owners compare managers city by city, from the Panhandle to the Keys, using public information: where each company works, how its guests and clients review it, and the services it says it offers. Eric oversees how listings are gathered, checked and corrected, and reviews every claim and update request from the businesses listed. Corrections and listing questions go to info@floridaairbnbmanagement.com.

Why this directory exists

Finding one of the Airbnb property management companies that can run a vacation rental in Florida usually means sorting through search results that mix short-term managers with apartment leasing offices, HOA firms and real estate agents. This directory exists to cut that list down to the companies that actually manage Airbnb, VRBO and vacation homes for owners, and to show them city by city across the state.

Each listing starts from public business records and the company's own website. Companies that only lease long-term homes or run community associations are left out. Basic listings are free, paid positions are labelled, and no company can buy a better review or a higher rating. If a listing is wrong, the company or anyone who knows better can tell us, and every change is checked by hand before it goes live.

How listings are vetted

Every listing starts from public business records and Google Maps. We keep companies that are open, have at least one review, and manage short-term or vacation rentals for owners rather than long-term leases or community associations. Duplicates are merged.

Owners can claim a listing to correct details or add photos. A person checks every claim. Published by Eric Nicholas.

Right now that is 1,682 Airbnb property management companies in 101 Florida cities, last refreshed 2026-10-14.

Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.

Corrections and removals

If a listing is wrong, or you want your business removed, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
