Owner services include a marketing program with a photography and video tour of the property, a profile on its own booking website, and listings on VRBO, HomeAway, FlipKey and the Multiple Listing Service. Guests get local 24/7 guest services, a housekeeping team that follows cleaning standards set for each home, and inspections of the property's condition between stays. Owners receive a monthly disbursement with a detailed accounting statement, and a running record of repairs and maintenance requests is kept. Management for long term rentals is offered too.
