CNE Vacation Rental

CNE Vacation Rental is a family-owned local company based in the Briarwood community of Naples that specializes in personal services for absentee homeowners and rents villas to vacationers. For owners, the rental program includes a complimentary rental analysis, professional marketing, an inspection of the property before marketing, and professional cleaning scheduled and provided after each rental. Repairs over $500 need the owner's approval first, though emergency repairs under that amount can be arranged. An agent photographs each home, and a professional photographer is available for staged shoots priced from $525 to $1,500. CNE collects and pays sales taxes to the state and local authorities and emails deposit slips and statements to owners, who also have an owner login to view calendars and reservations. It also lists real estate sales. Rated 4.1 from 16 Google reviews, 12 of them five stars and 3 one star.
