Airbnb Co-Hosting Services in Florida

A co-host helps run a rental that stays under the owner's own Airbnb or Vrbo account. The owner keeps the listing, the reviews and the payouts, and the co-host takes on the daily work: guest messages, check-ins, cleaning schedules, pricing and small repairs, usually for a share of each booking.

Co-hosting fits owners who already have a listing they want to keep, or who want a lighter arrangement than full management. Every company here says on its own website that it offers co-hosting or works inside the owner's account. Ask who answers guests at night, who pays the cleaners, what happens to the listing if you part ways, and whether the share is taken before or after cleaning fees. Few Florida companies advertise co-hosting by name, so if your town is not listed, ask the full-service managers nearby whether they offer it.
